Vinas de Oro Pisco Acholado is distilled and bottled at one of the most prestigious & famous distilleries in Peru. The distillate is produced from the fermentation of wine using 100% indigenous Quebranta & Italia grapes from the Ica Valley. Peruvian pisco is crafted uniquely in that it is distilled to proof. This means no additional water after distillation can be added nor any other ingredients such as sugar, cask effects, or any such additives, meaning it is one of the purest spirits in the world.
Combing Italia and Quebranta grapes of equal measure, the result is a light floral aroma of honey-laced blossoms & hints of herbaceous citrus.
