Limoncetta di Sorrento comes from the enchanting Sorrento peninsula and is made from the zests of the finest Sorrento Lemons. It is produced with an infusion of the zests of PGI Lemon of Sorrento whose quality and provenance standards are carefully promoted by Consortium for the Protection of the PGI Lemon of Sorrento.
A 100% natural limoncello without artificial colours or preservatives that is made following a traditional infusion recipe. Sorrento Lemons are picked between January and March; the zest is then removed from the white part in order to remove the bitter after taste and left to macerate in alcohol for seven days to produce an infusion of lemons with a unique taste and unmistakable origin.
Limoncetta di Sorrento is ideal neat, over ice or mixed to perfection in cocktails.
